As a Personal Trainer, I have been to quite a number of condo and public Gyms.  Ambience of the gym is not a concern at all. The top priority is defiantly training equipments. Looking at the track records, some of the top condos in town area have fancy but not essential equipments. When we talk about essential equipments, they are Barbells, Dumbells, Benches and Cables. As the saying goes, the older you get, the wiser you become. Training is no longer like before. I need 2 days to recover after a friendly soccer kick around.
