AfterI am a Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Since young, I love sports and fitness. I am always fascinated by how fast someone can sprint or how high someone can jump. However my fitness was no where near the elite. With no proper training system and knowledge, I started training. I make progress but at the back of my mind, I know I need to learn more.

Prior from this interest, I decided to pursue my education on fitness. Over the years, I gain useful knowledge and made improvement on my own fitness.

Since then, my interest has turn into my career. In 2004 I started working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. Over the years, I have been working with clients from all walks of life. They range from National Athletes preparing for competitions to clients who wants to strong, lean and healthy.

I am lucky and thankful to be doing what I love everyday.

About This Website

First of all I have to admit I am not a fan of writing about myself and my thoughts on the internet.

Over the years, my perception changed. Everyone is spending so much time reading on the net. After some consideration, I thought why not, I can set up my own site to advertise and write about fitness.

This site was launch in 2011 and I have never look back since. I received emails on fitness advices and also had a number of new clients through this site.

I hope I can  use this site to deliver the right messages to everyone who are interested in fitness and striving for a new healthy lifestyle.
